Fi'zi:k Arione Road Saddle Review
During the 2003 Giro dItalia, Italian Saeco team rider Gilberto Simoni had a secret weapon: a 30-centimeter-long bike seat. This Fizi:k Arione Wing Flex Road Saddle is todays version of the seat that Simoni rode to victory. Fizi:ks addition of 3 centimeters to a saddles length was revolutionary at the time. This extra length gives you more contact surface area than you get on a standard saddle, and the longer rails give you 85 millimeters of adjustability, which allows you to slide back for climbs and otherwise shift around for comfort and power. In addition to added length, the Arione features Fizi:ks Wing Flex technology; the shell flexes and breaks in to fit your anatomy so your thighs get more room to move and dont get chafed on the seat. *ICS-compatible.
